OUR WHY
In 2018, I began my journey as trainer in commercial gyms, excited to share my fitness passion. However, I soon realized the impersonal environment limited connections with clients. This prompted my decision in 2021 to go independent, allowing me to create a more personalized training experience focused on each client's unique needs.
